PARABOLIC TECH DMCC entered into an agreement to acquire Beyond Blockchain business from Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. (OTCPK:GTII) for $0.025 million on April 18, 2022. In accordance with the purchase agreement, Parabolic will also assume associated liabilities and will also be issuing Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. 10% of the tokens in the initial subsequent token offering that Parabolic undertakes using the Assets, 10% of the tokens in Parabolic's own initial post-closing proprietary token offering. Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. will utilize Parabolic for its initial cryptocurrency dividend.
