GlobalWafers Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 17,539.78 million compared to TWD 15,208.47 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 2,716.07 million compared to TWD 3,954.62 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.24 compared to TWD 9.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.24 compared to TWD 8.92 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 33,846.31 million compared to TWD 30,014.3 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 4,461.91 million compared to TWD 6,645.02 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.25 compared to TWD 15.27 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.24 compared to TWD 15.12 a year ago.
