GLOBESECURE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED Globesecure Technologies Limited (NSEI:GSTL) agreed to acquire ProTechmanize Solutions Private Limited on January 25, 2023. The transaction is subject to approval from board of directors of Globesecure Technologies Limited and completion of due diligence. As of February 22, 2023, Globesecure Technologies Limited (NSEI:GSTL) signed an memorandum of understanding to acquire 90% stake in ProTechmanize Solutions Private Limited for approximately INR 920 million and acquiring the 9000 shares for this acquisition cost is INR 0.1 million.
The deal is expected to close by August 22, 2023.
