Update on Board Meeting to be held on May 10, 2023
Further to our communication dated April 24, 2023, informing the Exchanges about the schedule of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, we wish to inform you that at the same meeting, the Board may also inter alia, consider approval of raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to an amount upto Rs. 5,000 Crores in one or more tranches.
This communication is in compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other regulations as applicable.
