RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

VICTORIA, BC, February 25, 2016 - GoldON Resources Ltd. ("GoldON" or the "Company") (TSXV: GLD) announces that Mr. Andrew Nevin, Ph.D and P.Eng., has retired from its Board of Directors. Mr. Nevin served as a director of GoldON for more than six years; and the Company thanks him for his service and guidance.

Mr. Nevin, an exploration geologist having worked internationally for leading companies and government agencies for over 45 years, has agreed to remain available as a technical consultant to the Company.
