Golden Land Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s operates through three segments: Plantation, Property Development and Others. Plantation segment is engaged in the business of cultivation of oil palm. It operates and manages approximately four estates in Indonesia and one estate in Malaysia. It mainly operates in Kalimantan Timur, Selatan and Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, through which it has planted approximately 7,313 hectares of land. Property Development segment is engaged in the business of property developer. In addition, it has three products: Residential, Industrial and Mixed Development. Its projects include Golden Gateway, Midtown Plaza, Putatan Emas, Sembulan Emas, Sinsuran and D'SINI Residences - Setia Alam. The Company’s subsidiaries include Golden Land City Sdn. Bhd., Sparkle Selections Sdn. Bhd., GL Green Resources Sdn. Bhd., Pacific Bloom Limited and Golden Management Services Sdn. Bhd., Mirabumi Sdn. Bhd., among others.
