Goodland Group Limited Declares Final Tax- Exempt (One-Tier) Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 30 September 2017; Announces Retirement of Wong Ming Kwong as Non- Executive Director, Members of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

Goodland Group Limited announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 January 2018, approved the declaration of a final tax- exempt (one-tier) dividend of 0.3 Singapore Cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 September 2017.

The company also announced that following the conclusion of the AGM, Mr. Wong Ming Kwong has retired as a Non-Executive Director. Upon his retirement, he also ceased to serve as the members of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
