This is an announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules:

The Board of Directors of Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that further to the changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company reducing the maximum number of directors from eight to five, it has received notice of resignation from the following three directors, from their post of non-executive directors, legal and judicial representatives of the Company with effect from 22 March 2024:

• i. Victor Lap Lik Chu holder of British Passport No. 513466933, and residing at Flat 4A, Century Tower 1,1 Tregunter Path, Mid-Levels Hong Kong

• ii. Tze Shun Fung holder of Chinese Passport No. H22309866, and residing at Flat G, 38/F, Tower 3, Hampton Place, 11 Hoi Fan Road, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong; and

• iii. Yixin Zeng holder of Chinese Passport No. K05116911, and residing at Flat B, 29/F, Manhattan Heights, 28 New Praya Kennedy Town, Hong Kong.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Chu, Mr. Zeng and Mr. Fung for their service and dedication to the Company. Whilst wishing Mr. Zeng and Mr. Fung every success in their future endeavours, the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Chu has been appointed as an honorary advisor to the Board of Directors.

There are no matters requiring disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules concerning the resignations of Mr. Chu, Mr. Zeng and Mr. Fung.
