Extraordinary information of Graphisoft Park SE

on employee share transactions

The Company hereby informs the Shareholders that 90,000 employee shares have been issued to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Farkas Ildikó. Thus, Farkas Ildikó has a total of 180,000 employee shares.

Reason: The Board of Directors of the Company previously decided to include Farkas Ildikó in the Management Share Ownership Plan. Previously, Farkas Ildikó only received half of the planned employee share package, as she only became CFO in the 2022 financial year from July 1, 2022, so she was only entitled to the half-yearly dividend after the 2022 financial year. Since then, the entire year of 2023 has passed, and therefore she became entitled to a dividend after the results of the entire 2023 financial year; so now, in 2024 the other half of the planned employee share package was issued.
