With effect from 15 February 2023, the subscription will be based on EUR.

Last HUF trading day: 10 February 2023.

As previously announced, from 15 February 2023, the Company's shares will be subscribed in EUR instead of HUF.

The Budapest Stock Exchange has modified the Product List related to the Graphisoft Park SE share with effect from 15 February 2023 by Resolution No. 37/2023, adopted today.

The Budapest Stock Exchange has also ruled by Resolution No. 38/2023 of today to suspend exchange trading in Graphisoft Park SE shares from the beginning of the Pre-Trading phase on 13 February 2023 until the end of the Post-Trading phase on 14 February 2023.

Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be suspended on the Exchange Dates of 13 February 2023 and 14 February 2023.

With effect from 15 February 2023, the trading currency of the Company's ordinary shares will be changed from HUF to EUR.

All open orders for the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled at the beginning of the Exchange Day on 13 February 2023.

The Reference price and the Base price of Company's share on February 15, 2023 will be determined by considering the closing price of the Last Trading Day on February 10, 2023 and the official MNB exchange rate published on February 14, 2023.

The Company reiterates its call for shareholders to check with their financial institution managing their securities accounts on the technical and cost implications of the change for them, which may vary from one provider to another.
