Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. is a regional airline operating as an independent carrier and as a code share partner with United Air Lines, Inc. (United or United Airlines). The Company's code share agreement allows mutual customers to purchase connecting flights through its code share partner and to share other benefits such as baggage transfer and flyer benefits. The Company has also developed electronic ticketing (e-ticket) interline agreements with American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines. The Company operates hubs at Denver, Colorado; Los Angeles, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Phoenix, Arizona. As of November 23, 2015, the Company served 22 airports in nine states with a fleet of six Embraer EMB-120 Brasilias and 28 Beechcraft 1900D regional airliners.
