Green Critical Minerals Ltd. to announce that it has engaged Mr. Oliver Peters as a metallurgical advisor for the McIntosh Project. Mr. Peters brings with him a wealth of processing knowledge having worked on the development of the process flowsheet for over 30 graphite flowsheets around the world, including the Syrah Balama Project, Renascor Siviour Project and Black Rock Mahenge Project. His extensive involvement in different graphite projects globally means that he's built an extensive knowledge base around the latest in graphite processing technology.

Mr. Peters will assist with the optimization of the metallurgical process for the Ultra High Purity /High Quality McIntosh project from ore to high-grade graphite concentrate and into value-add streams. His graphite specific engineering design experience will ensure that the results of the metallurgical test work are transferred seamlessly into the processing plant design. Having worked on over 30 projects globally, there are not many challenges Mr. Peters hasn't faced in dealing with graphite metallurgy. His expertise and knowledge of graphite processing coupled with the recent appointment of end use product expert Mr. Chris Whiteley will ensure that the McIntosh flake powder is tailored with the target Company's end use markets in mind.

The Ultra High Purity /High Quality nature of the McIntosh Graphite flake means that targeting of the highest value markets are achievable and GCM intends to pursue the most commercially economical path with a specific focus on Nuclear, Semiconductor, Aerospace and Li-Ion batteries applications including SPG conductive additive grades.
