(OTCQB:GROG) (the "Company"), a global sustainable pioneer in agriculture technology and sustainable agriculture, announced today that the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Organic Program has determined that the Company's flagship product, AgraBurstPRO™, complies with Chapter 16-160 WAC and USDA organic regulations. The WSDA Organic Program is accredited as a certification agent by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). As a certification agent of the USDA National Organic Program, the WSDA Organic Program inspects, certifies and monitors organic operations and verifies that all requirements of USDA organic standards are met. AgraBurstPRO™ is now included on the WSDA website and is classified as a Crop Production Aid input and, as such, is approved for use in certified organic crop production. AgraBurstPRO™ is listed under WSDA #2963.
Certified organic producers, handlers, and processors must use substances which comply with USDA organic regulations. Manufacturers, like GroGenesis, register their materials with organic programs to provide agritech solutions to organic growers. The WSDA Organic Program evaluates products for use in organic production, processing and handling under the National Organic Program (NOP) to ensure compliance.
