Circus Casino De Carnac agreed to acquire 57% stake in Casino de Crans-Montana from Groupe Partouche SA (ENXTPA:PARP) on October 18, 2021. The sale is subject to approval of the Federal Gaming Commission. The deal is expected to close by end Jan 2022.
The proceeds from this sale contribute to strengthening Groupe Partouche's cash position. In particular, part of the net sale proceeds may be allocated to reducing the Group's financial debt.
