Don Roberto Servitje Sendra will retire from his position as chairman of the board of directors at Grupo Bimbo, effective July 1, 2013. Grupo Bimbo's chief executive officer, Daniel Servitje Montull, was selected to succeed him. Servitje Sendra joined Grupo Bimbo in 1945 and has served as chairman of the board since 1994.
