Grupo Clarín Board Appoints Chairman and Vice Chairman and Members of Audit Committee

On 2 May 2017, Grupo Clarín S.A. informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company had allocated positions on the Board for one fiscal year, as follows: Chairman: Jorge Carlos Rendo; Vice-Chairman: Héctor Mario Aranda; Members: Pablo César Casey, Horacio Eduardo Quirós, Martín Gonzalo Etchevers, Ignacio Rolando Driollet, Lorenzo Calcagno, Alberto César Menzani, Gonzalo Blaquier, Sebastián Salaber. Alternate Members: Hernán Pablo Verdaguer, Juan Ignacio Giglio, Francisco Iván Acevedo, Sebastián Bardengo, Antonio Aranda, Marcelo Alejandro Trivarelli, Carlos Rebay, Luis Germán Fernández, Francisco Saravia and Gervasio Colombres. The Board also approved the composition of the Audit Committee as follows, Messrs. Alberto César Menzani, Lorenzo Calcagno and Héctor Mario Aranda, as members, and Messrs. Pablo César Casey, Carlos Rebay and Luis Germán Fernández, as alternate members.
