MATERIAL FACT

CANCELLATION OF THE PUBLICLY-HELD COMPANY REGISTRY

NOTRE DAME INTERMÉDICA PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Company"), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, of article 2, item VI, of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, hereby informs that, at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on February 16, 2022, Hapvida Participações e Investimentos SA ("Hapvida"), the Company's current sole shareholder, approved, among other matters, (i) the cancellation of the Company's registration as a publicly-heldcompany before the CVM, in accordance with article 50 of CVM Rule No. 480, of December 7, 2009 ("Cancellation of Registry"); (ii) the Company's delisting from B3 SA - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") and the Company's delisting from the "Basic Segment" (Segmento Básico) ("B3 Delisting" and, together with the Cancellation of Registry, "Cancellations"); as well as (iii) the submission to CVM and B3 of the request for Cancellations.

The Company will keep the market informed of material facts related to the Cancellations, in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
