EFFETTUATO IL CLOSING DELL'ACQUISIZIONE DI RASTREATOR E LELYNX

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. annuncia che, in data odierna, a seguito del soddisfacimento delle condizioni sospensive e dell'esercizio da parte dei venditori dell'opzione di vendita relativa a LeLynx SAS, è stato effettuato il closing dell'acquisizione del 100% del capitale di Rastreator.com Ltd, di Preminen Price Comparison Holdings Ltd e di LeLynx SAS, secondo i termini annunciati nel comunicato stampa del 29 agosto 2022, in occasione della firma degli accordi vincolanti relativi all'operazione.

CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF RASTREATOR AND LELYNX COMPLETED

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. informs that today, subsequent to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent and the exercise by the sellers of the put option regarding LeLynx SAS, it completed the acquisition of 100% of Rastreator.com Ltd, Preminen Price Comparison Holdings Ltd and LeLynx SAS, in accordance to the terms announced with the press release published on 29 August 2022 upon the signing of the binding agreements for the transaction.
