5.Cause of occurrence:GSD decided the procedure for the distribution of cash
dividend, and according to the offering plan for the issuance of Convertible
Bonds, the conversion price of the Bonds will be adjusted.

(1)The conversion price of the 1st Convertible Bonds in R.O.C. will be
adjusted from NT$70.0 to NT$64.9 per common share.
(2)The effective date of the adjustment is 2022/07/11.
