On December 4, 2020, GT Gold Corp. (TSXV:GTT) closed the transaction. The company has issued 2,486,106 common shares for gross proceeds of CAD 4,350,685.5 in the transaction.

The transaction included participation from 14 placees including Newmont Corporation for 1,006,246 shares and The K2 Principal Fund L.P., a fund managed by K2 & Associates Investment Management Inc. for 280,000 shares and insiders and management of the company, Ashwath Mehra for 792,154 shares, James Rutherford for 200,000 shares, Paul Harbidge for 8,000 shares, Renaud Adams for 19,200 shares, Lana Shipley for 20,200 shares, Adrian Reynolds for 13,600 shares, Charles Tarnocai for 12,000 shares, Shawn Campbell for 4,000 shares, Charles Greig for 24,000 shares and John Pallot for 20,000 shares. The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of the transaction.
