Post the transaction, Nanjing Bangsheng Xingong Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Bangsheng Juhong Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shenzhen Hewang Investment Co., Ltd., Guangdong Ganhua Science and Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiagang Yuefengjin Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd. will hold 2.86% stake, 1.91% stake, 2.86% stake, 19.10% stake and 0.95% stake in the company respectively.
