An unknown buyer entered into stock purchase agreement to acquire 12% stake in FTD Companies, Inc. (NasdaqGS:FTD) from Liberty Interactive LLC for $1 on May 30, 2019. Liberty Interactive sold 3,401,004 shares in the transaction. Prior to this transaction Liberty Interactive holds 10,203,010 shares of FTD. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2019. In a related transaction, Liberty Interactive sold each 3,401,003 to Diamond Investment Group, LLC and Travertine Creek, Inc. As a result of the transactions, Liberty Interactive ceased to beneficially own any shares of FTD. Elizabeth Sipes of Perkins Coie LLP acted as legal advisor to buyer. Renee Wilm and Samantha Crispin of Baker Botts L.L.P. acted as legal advisors to Liberty Interactive. An unknown buyer completed the acquisition of 12% stake in FTD Companies, Inc.
