GUH Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services. The Company’s core activities are focused on three main business activities, namely electronics, properties and utilities. The Electronic Division is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and is positioned strategically in the electronics manufacturing hub of Penang, Malaysia. The Properties Division is actively involved in its flagship development of Taman Bukit Kepayang, a well-mixed township in Seremban, as well as Sungai Bakap, Simpang Ampat and Sungai Petani. The Utilities Division is involved in water and sewage treatment solutions with its principal activities in engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. Its eVehicle Division is engaged in the sales, distribution, manufacturing, assembly, servicing and parts supply of electric scooters, bicycles and motorbikes.
