Subject: Disclosing the results of Board Meeting Number (3) of 2022 for Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC the ("Company")
In order to ensure compliance with the principles of the disclosure and transparency, and further to our letter referenced GNHGroup- YSM/2022/Board/2030 dated 09th August 2022, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC held its 3rd meeting of 2022 on Friday, 12th August 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Company's head office n. 3901 API Trio Tower, Al Barsha 1, Dubai - UAE and the Board resolved to:
- Approved the previous minutes of meeting.
- Approved the unaudited Financial Statements ended on 30th June 2022 (Quarter Second 2022).
- Discussed the latest developments in the company's refinancing, with inviting the General Assembly to convene, and approving the measures taken, including agreements/ resolutions related to the arbitration clause, after obtaining the authorities approval.
- Discussed the operational and routine matters of the company.
