Subject: Announcement on the Opening of Nomination for Membership of the Board of Directors

Dear Sirs,

The Board of Directors of Gulfa General Investment Company PJSC is pleased to inform the Shareholders that the door for nominations for the membership of the Company s Board of Directors will be opened during the period from Wednesday 13/4/2022 to Friday 22/4/2022 , any shareholder/ person who wishes to nominate himself/herself to the Board of Directors membership and meets the conditions for nomination to the Board of Directors membership may apply to the Company`s Management by email [e-mail] , [e-mail] . The application must enclose a brief resume of the applicant and the membership type he/she is nominating for (i.e. Executive, Non-Executive or Independent Member).

General Conditions: 1.The number of members to be elected to the Board of Directors is seven members.

2.The nomination for the Board membership will remain open for a period of ten (10) days) from the date of this announcement in accordance with the requirements of Article (9) of SCA Board of Directors Resolution No. (3/R) for the year 2020 on the Standards of institutional discipline and Corporate Governance.

3.A candidate for the Board membership shall comply with the conditions stipulated in Federal Law No. (2) for the year 2015 regarding commercial companies, the article of association of the company and SCA Board of Directors Resolution No. (3 / R) for the year 2020 on Corporate Governance. 4.The documents referred to in paragraph (7) of Article (10) of the Corporate Governance Guide should be attached to the nomination application form.

5.After closing the nomination period, a candidate shall not relinquish his/her nomination to another person.

6.The Company will publish the list of names and nomination data of the candidates on the bulletin board at the company`s Head Office main office and the Company's Website and on Dubai Financial Market Website (www.dfm.ae) on 30/03/2022.

8.The Securities and Commodities Authority will be provided with a list of names of the nominees after the nomination period is closed.
