• Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 10, of the Articles of Association of GVS S.p.A. and the Regulation for Increased Voting - which came into force as of the date of commencement of trading of the Company's ordinary shares on Euronext Milan, which occurred on 19 June 2020 - the increased voting rights in respect of the shares existing prior to the date of commencement of trading on Euronext Milan shall be deemed to have accrued as of that date.
