HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company operating in the chemical sector. The Company manufactures and trades agricultural chemicals, including insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators and fertilizers. It also trades corn seeds, plastic resin pellets and other farm supplies. Additionally, the Company offers plant protection services, warehouse and office leasing services, agricultural machinery and equipment rental services, as well as support services for cultivation. As of September 30, 2012, 94% of the Company's total revenue came from the sale of insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. As of the same date, the Company had 13 branches, two representative offices and a wholly owned subsidiary named HAI-Quy Nhon One Member Company Limited.
