HANDYSOFT, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A220180) agreed to acquire 32.3% stake in Mitotechnology from JSC RUSNANO for KRW 17.6 billion on April 16, 2019. The total acquisition cost is RUB 1 billion (KRW 17.6 billion), and in connection with the acquisition, Mitotech paid RUB 0.5 billion (KRW 500 million) to RUSNANO on January 14, 2019. As of April 16, 2019, board of directors of HANDYSOFT approved the transaction. Transaction is expected to complete on June 30, 2019.
