Year-on-Year Credit Card Retail Spending by Hang Seng Customers

Hang Seng Bank ('Hang Seng') has revamped its credit card rewards programme to complement changing patterns in everyday spending by customers. The newly launched +FUN Dollars rewards programme, which is an upgraded version of the previous Cash Dollars rewards, offers customers more personalised rewards, multiplier redemption offers and exclusive rewards experiences. The newly introduced '+FUN Centre', a one- stop rewards platform on the Hang Seng Mobile App, makes it easier and more convenient for customers to check their +FUN Dollars and latest redemption offers, as well as earn additional rewards by completing missions anytime, anywhere.

Hang Seng credit card customers can now instantly spend +FUN Dollars as cash* at up to 15,000 online and offline '+FUN Spots'. They can also earn +FUN Dollars while making transactions. The use of +FUN Dollars even extends to settling Hang Seng credit card statements. Customers can simply log in to the Hang Seng Mobile App and go to '+FUN Centre' or 'Cards' to make payments against their credit card statements using the 'Pay with +FUN Dollars' function.

+FUN Dollars also offers Hang Seng credit card customers multiplier redemption offers**, including:

  • '+FUN Tuesday' - On specified Tuesdays every month, customers can use $1 +FUN Dollars as HK$2 for immediate spending deductions for designated merchants or products.
  • '+FUN Surprise' - Customers can exchange +FUN Dollars for special monthly offers at popular restaurant, shopping, and entertainment outlets on the 22nd of each month.
