Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co., Ltd (KOSE:A016450) and 1 other individual agreed to acquire 98% stake in Hansae Dream Co., Ltd. from Hansae Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A105630) for KRW 17.4 billion on December 8, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, Hansae Co. Ltd. will sell 19.6 million shares of Hansae Dream Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2014, Hansae Dream Co., Ltd. recorded total assets of KRW 37.58 billion, total liabilities of KRW 37.20 billion, total common equity of KRW 379.96 million, sales of KRW 46.86 billion and net loss of KRW 3.96 billion. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close by December 29, 2015.
