NHN PAYCO Corp. announced that it expects to receive KRW 74.99997693 billion in funding from Nub Corporation, Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

NHN PAYCO Corp. announced a private placement of 1,491,498 shares at a price of KRW 50,285 per share for the gross proceeds of KRW 74,999,976,930 on July 4, 2019. The transaction will include participation from Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A088350) for 994,332 share for the gross proceeds of KRW 49,999,984,620 and Nub Corporation for 497,166 shares for the gross proceeds of KRW 24,999,992,310. The transaction was approved by board of directors of NHN Corporation. The payment date of the transaction is July 11, 2019.
