Hanwha Chemical Corporation Approves Dividend for 2018; Announces Board Appointments

Hanwha Chemical Corporation at its AGM held on March 26, 2019, approved a year end dividend of KRW 200 per common share, total dividend amount of KRW 32,903,013,050.

The company also approved the appointment of Koo Yung Lee and Seung Deok Park as inside directors and the appointment of Jae Jeong Kim as outside Director.
