Headhunter Group plc Appoints Martin Cocker as Independent Non-Executive Director

TCS Group Holding PLC announced that Mr. Martin Cocker, an independent non-executive director of the Group, is also an independent non-executive director of HeadHunter Group PLC which became a publicly listed company with effect from 9 May 2019.
