The Board of Directors of Heerim Architects & Planners Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A037440) authorized a share repurchase program on May 17, 2010. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2 billion worth own shares pursuant to a trust agreement with Shinhan Investment Corp.
