Yan Tianxin signed share purchase agreement to acquire 30% stake in Anhui Ai-Rethink Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from Hefei Taihe Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603656) for CNY 6 million on May 21, 2021. Anhui Ai-Rethink Intelligent Technology reported total assets of CNY 7.5 million and total common equity of CNY 7.5 million till April 30, 2021. Anhui Ai-Rethink Intelligent Technology reported total asset of CNY 7.7 million, total common equity of CNY 7.4 million. revenues of CNY 4.5 million and Net profit of CNY 0.01 million for the year ending December 31, 2020. At present, Hefei Taihe Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. holds 30% and Yan Tianxin Holds 53.52%. The board of Hefei Taihe Optoelectronic Technology approved the deal.
