The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 and Notice of its AGM (including details of the Company's proposed scrip dividend scheme) which is to be held at the Bishopsgate Institute, 230 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4QH on 25 June 2015 at 3.30pm.
