Eurobank S.A. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire additional 13.41% stakes in Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (CSE:HB) from Wargaming Group Limited for ?70 million on November 30, 2022. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and it will be completed upon their full fulfilment. Until that time, Wargaming Group Limited shall have the full legal and beneficial ownership of the shares agreed to be sold, together with all rights attached thereto. DLA Piper UK LLP acted as legal advisor to Wargaming Group Limited
