Announcement - Financial Calendar 2021
The company Forthnet S.A. announces, in accordance with par. 4.1.2. (1) (b) and 4.1.3.15.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, the Financial Calendar, as follows:
- The annual financial statements for the financial year 2020, based on the IFRS Standards, shall be announced and published on April 29th, 2021.
- The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on June 30th, 2021.
- No dividend payment will take place for the financial year 2020.
