Announcement - Correct repetition of the Company's Announcement dated 15.04.2021

The Company under the name "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TELEMATICS APPLICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "FORTHNET S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"), following its announcements dated 08.04.2021 and 15.04.2021, informs the investing public of the following, as a correct repetition, regarding the amounts payable to the beneficiaries of the bonds (hereinafter "the Bondholders") in the context of the Early Total Repayment:

Pursuant to the term 1.13 combined with the terms 3.4 case b) and 5 of the Codified CBL Program, as amended and in force, the following amounts shall be paid to the Bondholders on Thursday, 22.04.2021:

1. an amount of €0.33 per Convertible Bond, i.e. 110% of the Issue Price (the
   "Return"), and
2. the corresponding accrued interest on the Convertible Bonds being prepaid, from the last Interest Accrual Date until the immediately following annual anniversary of the Issue Date, ie. from 01.04.2021 until 11.10.2021.

The gross interest amount for this period amounts to 426.09 euros, ie. 0.0016166667 euros per bond, which has been calculated at an annual interest rate of 1.00% (before tax) and corresponds to 263,560 remaining bonds, traded on the Athens Exchange until today.

Therefore, for each bond with a nominal value of €0.30, the Bondholders will receive an amount of €0.30 which corresponds to 100% of the Issue Price (capital) and

an additional total gross (before tax) amount of Return (+10% of the Issue Price) and interests equal to €0.0316166667 (€0.03 + €0.0016166667 respectively).
