Sontag, Andrew L. Gaines and Peter E. Fisch of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP acted as legal advisor to Wellspring Capital. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as financial advisor to Help at Home.
