Heron Resources Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of base and precious metal deposits in Australia. The Company is primarily focused on its Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Project located approximately 250 kilometers (km) southwest of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It holds approximately 100% ownership of the mineral rights at the Woodlawn Mine. The Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Project is based at the former Woodlawn Mine site located 30km south of Goulburn and 220km southwest of Sydney. Woodlawn is a volcanogenic massive-sulphide (VMS) deposit situated in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, located approximately 50km northeast of Canberra, and 250km southwest of Sydney. Its other prospects include Currawang, Cullarin, Kangiara, Crosby and Peelwood. It holds a portfolio of base metal projects within the Lachlan Fold Belt of NSW that is operated through a joint venture with Alchemy Resources Limited.
