Maisons France Confort S.A. (ENXTPA:MFC) acquired 51% stake in L'Atelier des Compagnons SAS from founders Fabien and Michael Bertini, EPF IV fund managed by APAX Partners Development on March 14, 2017. Post acquisition, Maisons France Confort S.A. holds 51% stake and founders Fabien and Michael Bertini retaining 49% stake in L'Atelier des Compagnons SAS. L'Atelier des Compagnons, achieved a turnover of €50 million, shareholders equity of €22 million, EBITDA of €4.5 million and a cash position net of debt of €3.7 million in 2016. The current managing directors, Fabien and Michael Bertini, retain their functions, with a firm commitment to support the development over the next 9 years. The acquisition is immediately accretive to Maisons France Confort. Amalia Naveira and Marie Claude Triquet of Actus acted as public relations advisor to Maisons France Confort.

HEXAOM is France's No. 1 builder of individual homes in various areas (land purchased separately by the customer). Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- construction, renovation and sales of individual and collective housing (96.8%): notably under the national names of Maisons France Confort, Maisons Balency and Maisons de Manon and the regional names of Maisons de l'Avenir, OC R'sidences, Maisons Berval, Maisons Horizon, Azur & Construction and Maisons C?te Atlantique. Moreover, the group offers small-plan sales operations (from 2 to 20 houses for which the transfer of ownership occurs gradually by accession as work advances);
- services (3.2%): moving, tele-surveillance, interior and exterior decorating, etc.
At the end of 2022, homes were being marketed through more than 400 commercial offices located in France.
