RE-DESIGNATION OF MS. AMELIA VINCENT AS LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

The Company's sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited (the 'Sponsor'), had obtained Ms Amelia Vincent's resume and declaration form as set out in Paragraph 8, Part VII of the Fifth Schedule, SFA Regulations 2005, and performed desktop checks as part of its due-diligence, when on-boarding the Company as the Sponsor's issuer. With respect to Ms Amelia Vincent's re-designation as the Company's Lead Independent Director, the Sponsor has considered her qualifications, skills, compliance track record and her experience when serving the Company as the Audit Committee Chairperson since 15 June 2016. Hence, the Sponsor is satisfied and unaware of any material concerns, which would cast doubts on Ms Amelia Vincent's suitability as the Company's Lead Independent Director.

This announcement has been reviewed by the Sponsor.
