Canon Medical Systems Corporation agreed to acquire Minaris Medical Co., Ltd. and Minaris Medical America, Inc. from Resonac Corp. for approximately ¥29 billion on March 31, 2023. For the year ended December, 2022, Minaris Medical reported revenues of ¥12.7 billion, net assets of ¥4.5 billion, total assets of ¥11.8 billion, EBIT of ¥1.4 billion, and net income of ¥1 billion.
