HMS HYDRAULIC MACHINES & SYSTEMS GROUP PLC HMS Group PLC (LSE, MOEX: HMSG) announces today, that since December 22, 2023, the Company's Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) are included in the sector of the Increased Investment Risk of the Moscow Exchange ("the MOEX"), according to the MOEX Listing rules and based on the recommendations of the MOEX Listing Expert Council.
Since March 21, 2024, the Company's GDRs will be removed from the MOEX "Third Level" section followed by cancellation of their admission to trading on the MOEX.
