An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 47.5% stake in Lam Hau Trading Service JSC from Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE:TCH) for approximately VND 270 billion on October 1, 2019. As per terms, Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company will sell 26.6 million shares of Lam Hau Trading Service JSC. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company.
