Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. (OTCPK:HWAL) signed a letter of intent to acquire assets of OpenVision Networks, Inc. on December 10, 2015. The parties entered into an agreement on December 10, 2015. Hollywall Entertainment will pay the consideration in cash and in its common stock. Sherman Davis and Leroy Gordon, founders of OpenVision, will manage the new enterprise, reporting to Darnell Sutton, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Hollywall. Richard Stern of Stern & Co. acted as public relations advisor in the transaction.
