Unusual Price and Trading Volume Movements

This announcement is made by Hong Kong Television Network Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company has noted the increase in the trading price and the increase in trading volume of the shares of the Company today. Having made such enquiry with respect to the Company as is reasonable in the circumstances, the Board confirms that, save and except for the announcement dated 10 February 2020 made by the Company (the "Previous Announcement"), it is not aware of any reasons for these price and volume movements or of any information which must be announced to avoid a false market in the Company's securities or of any inside information that needs to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the SFO.

The Company may from time to time consider opportunities of different financing activities (including equity and debt fundraisings, loans and credit facilities, etc.) to support the Group's operations and business development, including but not limited to the business improvements and enhancements that were mentioned in the Previous Announcement, subject to market conditions and the needs of the Group. If any such opportunity is undertaken, the Company will issue announcement(s) as and when necessary pursuant to applicable requirements.
