Horizons Natural Gas Yield ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending March 31, 2016, Payable on or About May 12, 2016

Horizons Natural Gas Yield ETF announced a distribution of $0.12224 per HNY unit and $0.11207 per HNY. A unit for the period ending April 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be April 27, 2016, for all unitholders of record on April 29, 2016.

The Distributions will be paid in cash on or about May 11, 2016.
