Hota Industrial Mfg. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,479.919 million compared to TWD 1,768.117 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 224.448 million compared to TWD 371.500 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 192.376 million compared to TWD 279.172 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 1.1 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 1.09 a year ago.
Hota Industrial Mfg. Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of gears and axles for automobiles and motorcycles. The Companyâs primary products include gears and axles for motorcycles, gear shafts, gearbox parts, differentials and torque transfer systems for heavy duty trucks, slowdown parts, planetary gear sets for auto gearboxes, gears and axles for heavy locomotives, gears and axles for oil pumps, as well as gearbox parts for electric cars.
